Last Wednesday we went to lunch with my dad, Grandpa! We went to Yakitori which is mine and my dad's place to go. The year before Tyler and I were married I worked as a manager for Target. Not the most ideal hours but I closed the store on Wednesdays and was off every Thursday. My dad also has Wednesdays off and so we used to go to Yakitori for lunch every Wednesday as our father/daughter time before I went to work. It is really special to get to spend time with my family again and for Emma to get to know my family since we are a plane ride away from them and being an Air Force family I think it will always be that way.
